Strategic Support Rooted in Co-Dreaming

I partner alongside organizations and their volunteer teams to co-design and implement strategies that reflect their values and center community voice. Together, we’ll move past good intentions and work towards the community’s own definition of success.

Every offering below is a step on the same path. You can start small and climb, or step in all at once. Wherever you begin, you begin with community at the center.

The North Star: Your Philosophy of Volunteerism

I want you to stop having to guess where you stand. Together we will name what your volunteer mission and values actually are and we will put it in writing. We’ll co-create a living philosophy that grounds decisions, and shapes practices and procedures. This will set the foundation of each volunteer who walks through your doors and invites them into a right relationship in service.

Investment: $3,200

The Redesign: Orientation, Onboarding and Training

This is one room of the house. If your philosophy is set but your onboarding still trains volunteers to be helpers instead of partners, this is where we work.

I go deep into how you welcome, prepare, and equip the people you lead. We rebuild the process so it does more than inform. It challenges. It names root causes. It sends volunteers into the work with new knowledge and real humility. Together we will:

  • Refine the process end to end

  • Write reflection questions that actually land

  • Weave root cause and systemic change into the orientation

  • Update your presenter scripts

  • Thread Co-Dreaming through every touchpoint

When we finish, volunteers will be ready to work in partnership with the cause and with the community.

Investment: $4,300

The Full Transformation

Centering Community in the Volunteer Journey

This is the whole house. It is my signature work, and it is the deepest change an organization can make.

I take the entire volunteer journey and rebuild it with you, from the first click on your webpage to the way you sustain the team a year in. Every stage gets assessed, redesigned, and documented so the shift outlives any single staff member. Together we transform:

  • The Values, Ethos and Philosophy. What grounds us?

  • The Volunteer Webpage. Are our values visible before anyone applies?

  • The Application. What does a real partnership actually require?

  • The Orientation. What do they truly need to know?

  • The Ongoing Training. How do we keep them equipped?

  • The Recognition Practices. How do we honor volunteers without crowning them the hero?

  • The Policies. What infrastructure has to change to hold this new approach?

  • The Supervision, Coaching and Sustainability. How do you, and how do we together, carry this day to day?

Investment: $28,500 (payment schedule available) 6 month time commitment.

Ongoing Partnership

Retainer Support

Implementation is where the real work lives, and you should not do it alone.

A monthly retainer keeps me in your corner as you build. Real-time strategy, honest feedback, and a thought partner who knows Co-Dreaming as deeply as you are learning it. Choose the level of partnership that fits the season you are in.

The Companion — $1,200 per month strategy session each month, plus between-session support by email or voice memo for the questions that come up between them. This is for teams who are steady and want a steady hand nearby with some accountability attached.

The Partner — $2,400 per month Two strategy sessions each month, document and practice review, and between-session support by email or voice memo. This is for teams in active implementation who need momentum and accountability. Having the history together supports the work and the progress.

Both plans carry a three month minimum, because meaningful follow-up takes more than one conversation.

In Solidarity

The Solidarity Rate

I honor Black and brown leaders doing this work, with a rate built for access.

The truth is, sometimes we do not need a package. You need a room where someone gets it. A single session to vent, to strategize, to stand in solidarity, or to celebrate a win nobody else understands. No minimum. No performance. Just support, offered in the spirit this whole practice is built on.

Solidarity Session: $85 per hour, one at a time, whenever you need it.

Custom Collaborations: Let’s Co-Create Something Unique

Have an idea that doesn’t fit neatly into a box? THAT is my favorite! Let’s build a partnership tailored to your gaps and opportunities. This is perfect for organizations who understand their issues, recognize the need to change, and are willing to innovate and collaborate.
