Volunteer orientations are in many cases, the first point of real contact for potential volunteers. This part of the volunteer journey is the difference between someone on-boarding and leaving the next week vs. someone really understanding your mission and viewing themselves as a partner in impact.

IT'S THE MAKE OR BREAK.

Has your orientation gotten a little stale? Are volunteers not really getting trained as effectively as they could be?

We have a fresh eye, and can see where the problems may reside. Let us tackle how you on-board your volunteers, and provide the tools for you to take it and run. 

HERE'S THE PROCESS:

  • You will receive a preliminary questionnaire to get a holistic view of your organization and volunteer program
  • We will conduct an introductory phone call or in person meeting to discuss your organization, volunteer program, and goals for volunteer training and orientation
  • I will sit in on your orientation and training session, along with accessing  all training documents or marketing materials in order to conduct further research
  • There will be additional correspondence to discuss follow up questions for clarity as well as check-ins
  • You will receive a comprehensive final report with findings and recommendations (.PDF)
  • I will be available for one month for implementation questions and support.
